PREOP EVALUATION

• No Clinic Visit

TIMING / BED REST AFTER PROCEDURE

• 1 hour

ANTICOAGULATION/ANTIPLATELETS

• Anti-platelet and anti-coagulant medications:  Do not stop

LOCATION OF THE PROCEDURE

• Cath lab

PREOPERATIVE ORDERS

• No IV or IV fluids
• Labs:  NONE if patient had successful dialysis within 2 days prior to procedure.  If patient has not had dialysis in 3 or more days, need CBD, Chem basic

FOLLOW UP

• 3 month Clinic Visit (+/- ultrasound in clinic)
